The Board of Directors

Fostering UNITY is guided by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors that brings leadership, accountability, and heart to everything we do. Our board members represent a cross-section of lived experience, professional expertise, and a shared commitment to strengthening outcomes for foster youth and families across Los Angeles County.

The Board sets the strategic vision for our organization, ensures financial oversight, and champions the values of inclusion, innovation, and integrity. They work hand-in-hand with staff leadership to ensure that Fostering UNITY remains responsive, transparent, and impactful in all of our work.

We are proud to have a board composed of caregivers, community leaders, advocates, and nonprofit professionals who understand the real-world challenges of the foster care system—and are deeply invested in being part of the solution.
