How We Can Help
Our diverse team brings a wealth of experience, including current and former resource parents, former foster youth, and individuals from families that fostered or adopted. With backgrounds in social work, psychology, and organizational leadership, we are deeply committed to strengthening families by channeling our education and lived experience into our caregiver program. and tailored educational resources to meet the unique needs of every caregiver.

Open to all relative, non-relative, and adoptive families, these weekly virtual meetings offer a supportive space for caregivers to connect, share resources, and offer mutual support. Whether you want to talk, listen, or simply sip your coffee, it's nice to do it together. Join us for an informal meet-up where caregivers can share experiences, find comfort, and build a sense of community over a cup of coffee.

Abierto a todas las familias de parientes, no parientes y adoptivas, estas reuniones virtuales semanales ofrecen un espacio de apoyo para cuidadores de habla hispana. Ya sea que deseen hablar, escuchar o simplemente conectarse, es agradable hacerlo juntos. Únase a nosotros para un encuentro informal donde los cuidadores pueden compartir experiencias, encontrar consuelo y construir un sentido de comunidad.

Rooted in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, MPAP empowers caregivers with tools to tackle personal challenges and nurture their child's development. Tailored for youth aged 0-8, it's a transformative course that also supports caregivers of older youth and those anticipating fostering younger children. *Stay tuned for the next set of dates for this 12 week course coming in the fall of 2024!

We facilitate Purposeful Placements by thoughtfully matching the unique needs of children with families best suited for their growth and healing through posts in our private Facebook Group. Available resource parents can join the group and watch for these posts and then follow up with the listed social worker for next steps in placement.
